Our Story

Queueing was created in 2016 by Robin Popley, following an idea he had at University some years earlier. The show follows the escapades of best friends, Betty and Mavis, two Lancastrian housewives. Inspired by British sitcoms of the 1970s and 80s, Queueing is a satirical look at a golden comic era, revived for the 21st Century.
